What Type Of Monthly Parking Do We Have?

We list 2 different types of monthly parking on our site. 

Un-reserved Parking: This means you will pay a fixed monthly price to park in any space in a particular car park. You do not have a fixed space, this gives your the flexibility to park in whatever park is available and is normally cheaper than having a reserved space. 

Reserved Parking: This is premium monthly parking where you will have your own parking space that only you can park in. Prices for reserved parking start at $350 a month with our best deals in the price CBD. If a car park is reserved we will let you know. 

How Does Booking Monthly Parking Work?

Booking your Brisbane CBD monthly parking is super simple with Parking Deals Australia.

1. Depending on the car park you want to book you will either be able to book the space and pay online or fill out a quick form which will be sent to our team and they will be in contact within 24 hours to assist with booking your space
2. Once your car park is booked our team will deliver your access car to get into space and give you a tour of the car park

What is the difference between monthly and normal daily parking? 

With daily parking, you pay whatever the day rate/early bird parking rate is and will have to either book online or pay at the car park which can be super inconvenient.  With monthly parking, you pay just a fixed fee per month for unlimited parking. Some car parks will give you an access card where you just simply swipe into and out of the car park (it’s super convenient).

Is monthly parking cheaper?

In most cased monthly parking is much cheaper than normal daily parking that you book every day. The only case when it is more expensive is when your monthly space is reserved and in a super prestigious car park. 9/10 times monthly parking is cheaper compared to the daily rate. Plus you will never be fixed into when you have to enter or exit the car park and can park 7 days a week. You will often forget about parking as it becomes so easy.
