Drive to the car park entrance and call 02 8836 9160 upon arriving at the gate which is the car park reception desks number. You'll be buzzed into the car park and then drive in and park in any space.
Take your car park booking confirmation email to the reception desk (APX hotel reception). Show the reception your booking confirmation and reception will validate your booking and let you exit.
