All online bookings are subject to our refund policy structure below:

Let Us Know Of Refund 21 Business Days Or More Days Before Booking – 75% Refund

Let Us Know 21 – 14 Business Days Before Booking – 50% Refund

Let Us Know 13 Or Less Business Days Before Booking – No Refunds

  1. The only event that you may receive a full 100% refund without purchasing refund protection is if we have oversold the spaces in a car park and you cannot park your car.
  2. To request a refund you must contact customer service with your booking number and email used to purchase the parking. Contact customer service HERE
  3. If you don’t let Parking Deals Australia know in writing of a refund you may not receive a refund.
  4. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to show up in an account.
  5. Refunds will not be given if you enter the car park and park.

Booking Deposits

  1. Booking Deposits are not refundable in the event of customer cancellation or change of mind
  2. Booking Deposits will be refunded if we cannot accommodate for your booking ie if the space is full or the car park cannot park your car


Terms Of Refund Protection 

  1. If you purchase refund protection as an add on for your booking you are entitled to a full refund excluding the refund protection fee.
  2. You can request a refund if your trip is cancelled or you cannot park for the dates you have booked.
  3. Refunds will not be given if you enter the car park and park.
  4. You are entitled to a refund at any time before your trip if you let customer service know HERE

To get a refund follow these steps:
  1. Respond to your booking confirmation email with your request 
  2. Customer support will take care of your refund 
  3. Refunds take up to 5 days to show in account 

If you have booked parking with us and want to change your booking dates, it is simple.

  1. Respond to your booking confirmation email with request or you can call us on 1300 635 822
  2. We will issue you a new booking confirmation
  3. Please note additional charges will apply for extra days 

Booking deposits are non-refundable according to our refund policy HERE 


Once you booking parking online or over the phone this is what happens:

  1. You will be emailed a booking confirmation with your booking number 
  2. You will be emailed an information email that has your car park details 
  3. You can then drive to the car park and park following the car parks instructions 


You will be sent an information email, simply follow the steps to find your specific car park (your car park company will be listed on your confirmation email

This depends on the car park you booked, your check-in steps will be listed in your information email that is sent when you booked. 

The most common check-in is just showing the car park reception your booking confirmation email.


In the case that you need to exit the car park earlier or later than on your booking confirmation, please email customer support by responding to your booking confirmation email or call support on 1300 635 822

We Take: Visa Card, Master Card, American Express 


Yes, This is okay as long as the person picking up the car has a copy of your booking confirmation. If this is the case before booking please add a booking note to the order.

  1. Select your parking category ie Sydney Airport Parking 
  2. Find a car park you like ie (Sydney AirPark)
  3. Select your check-in and check-out date for quote and click reserve park 
  4. Proceed to check out 
  5. Enter all the information asked and input payment details 
  6. Book park and you will receive your booking confirmation email 
Car Park Info

Parking Deals Australia is a pre-booking service for hundreds of car parks. We don’t operate or own any of them as they are all private. When you park in a car park you are not dealing with Parking Deals Australia staff. 

To find your car park opening times simply find the name of your car park, it is on your booking confirmation and click the link you will redirect to the booking page that has all the car park information.

The car park location is in the information email. 

When you arrive to the car park and check-in most airport parking providers will have a free shuttle service. 

  1. Load bags into shuttle 
  2. The driver will drive to your desired airport terminal and drop you off
  3. On return you call the car park and they will pick you up from the set pick up point and take you back to the car park

If you have a bad experience at the car park or the car park does not accommodate you. Please contact Parking Deals Australia, however, Parking Deals Australia will not be responsible for your experience within the car park.
