Pre-book and pay online. Your booking confirmation email will be sent to you with your booking info. All car park info can be found on this page

2. Check In & Shuttle TO Airport

Drive to the car park, take your booking confirmation to the reception and they will check your car in and then shuttle you to the airport

3. Shuttle Pick UP & Validate Ticket

Once at shuttle pick up area call (07) 3630 0922 and the shuttle will come and pick you up. Scroll down page for shuttle bus pick up instructions. Once back at Portside Parking show the reception your booking confirmation and they will validate your ticket for exit.

How does the booking system work?

When you book online with Parking Deals Australia, you will be sent a booking confirmation email with all your parking trip details. Portside Parking will also receive a copy of your booking confirmation that they use to validate your booking upon exit.

What if my flight is delayed in the car park is close

The car park tracks all flights as we require a flight number in your booking. If you know ahead of time that your flight is cancelled all your flight will be delayed please give the Car Park a call to let them know and they will put your car keys into a lock box for your to pick up.

How Do I Enter The Parking Sapce

Once you arrive at the parking space simply park your car out the front of the reception, then walk into the reception and show the staff your booking confirmation email from Parking Deals Australia. They will then validate your ticket and your car will then be parked.

How Does The Shuttle Service Work

Once you have checked in your bags will be loaded in your car will be parked. The shuttle bus is complimentary for all bookings, it will take you from the car park and directly drop you at your desired terminal at Brisbane Airport. Upon return and once out of the baggage claim area please call 07) 3630 0922 and the shuttle bus will come and pick you up to take you back to your car at Portside Airport Parking. The shuttle bus operates from 4:30 am to 11 pm at night every day.

For indoor parking in the car park height is 2.3 m

How long does it take to get from the car park to the airport?

Depending on traffic it takes 10 minutes to get from the car park to the airport in the shuttle bus. To ensure that you get to the airport on time we recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 45 minutes before when you want to be at the airport.
