The car park tracks all flights as we require a flight number in your booking. If you know ahead of time that your flight is cancelled all your flight will be delayed please give the Car Park a call to let them know and they will wait around for you so you can get your car.

Once you arrive at the parking space simply park your car out the front of the reception, then walk into the reception and show the staff your booking confirmation email from Parking Deals Australia. They will then validate your ticket and your car will then be parked. 

On Arrival To Car Park

• Once checked in, staff will valet your car to the airport to drop you and your bags off and then park the car at the facility  

On Return

• Once your flight has landed,  to request pick up upon flight arrival at airport call  1300 159 359 and your car will be dropped at the terminal for you to drive away in.

Depending on traffic it takes 5 – 10 minutes to get from the car park to the airport in the shuttle bus. To ensure that you get to the airport on time we recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 45 minutes before when you want to be at the airport.

For Domestic flights, the standard airline requirement is to be at the airport 1 hour before your flight and 2 hours before any International flights. We highly recommend that you arrive at our carpark minimum 90 min before your domestic flight and 3 hours before any international flight due to traffic conditions.
